Singapore Local Delivery

Because freshness is critical to the aromatic integrity of essential oils, we prioritize rapid fulfillment for all Singapore orders.

• Local Courier Handover: Orders are processed quickly and handed over to our local courier partners (SPX Express, Ninja Van, or J&T Express) for prompt dispatch.
• Delivery Time: Standard local delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the courier's load and your location within Singapore.
• Packaging: All oils are cold-filled in Cobalt Blue Glass bottles and securely packed to prevent breakage and UV degradation during transit.

Platform Orders (Amazon SG / Shopee)

If you purchase ReZennia products through external platforms, the shipping times, rates, and fulfillment guarantees of those platforms apply. For issues related to delivery of orders placed on Amazon or Shopee, please utilize their respective customer service channels.

B2B & Wholesale Delivery

For our B2B accounts, we arrange specialized delivery depending on the bulk volume (e.g., 1L aluminum canisters or palletized loads). Wholesale delivery schedules will be arranged directly with your account manager at the time of purchase.

International Shipping
